Jodie Marsh Biography Of The Star
Jodie was first seen on our screens starring in ITV's Essex Wives but, is probably better known for her work as a glamour model and let's not forget all those column inches dedicated to her daring dress sense and off camera antics.
Jodie's best Known outfit was her 2004 FHM party outfit that consisted of just 3 diamond encrusted belts made her the talk of the town. And you can always trust that Jodie will 'wow' the public and the press with her clothing concoctions, but Jodie has always loved to dress up and started well before she became the media darling she is today.
In Early 2004 Jodie became Zoo Magazines weekly 'Sexpert' columnist and each week she gives advice that would make even Ron Jeremy blush. With her honest and adventurous answers she is definitely the country's foremost authority on bedroom antics.
Jodie is not only known for her dressing up but also for being outspoken. A vegetarian for most of her life she has strong connections to both the Battersea Dogs Home and the WWF - World Wildlife Fund. Her love of animals is shown by the 7 dogs she owns. She also has strong connections with other charities such as Beat Bullying, Refuge, Fight for Life and The RNIB in which she regularly is seen on GMTV and London Tonight expressing her views and helping to publicise the charities work.
Jodie has joined Juice Mobile, where people will be able to get ring tones, pictures and advice from Jodie. This went live in January. Jodie's mobile content has become one of the biggest sellers in the country.
In January 2005 Jodie became Television X's first entertainment show presenter. For 6 weeks she presented a 1 hour live show with a mix of celebrities, porn stars and the general public; getting up to everything from 'Strip Idol' to 'toy of the month'.
In April Jodie was asked by Sony pictures to help promote the new XXX2 movie with a double page spread in Zoo Magazine and a huge Max Power event at the Ace Caf? with Jodie as the main attraction.
In recent months she has appeared in a variety of different programmes; from the 'Trisha Goddard Show' for Channel 5 as the shows resident 'sexpert' to making 2 series of 'Fool around with Jodie Marsh' for E4 and T4, bringing in the highest viewing figures the show as ever seen.
Over the last year Jodie has written her Autobiography 'Keeping it Real' which is on sale from the 9th June 2005, and can now add Author the her list of credentials. The book is self written and is a frank view of her life. From growing up and being bullied for 6 years and the loss of her best friend, to her rise to fame and relationships in and out of the public gaze; we are able to see Jodie in a new light.
