    At the start of each day, log in a journal what you ate for breakfast, snacks, lunch, etc. Besides writing the approximate calories in your journal, keep in mind the protein, unrefined carbs, and fats that your body needs to function at its best. Remember that your quest is for safe and permanent weight loss through a lfe style change. Your body will thank you for it.
